How do I integrate PriceLabs with SmartPMS?

This guide explains the procedure to connect your SmartPMS account to PriceLabs, allowing you to automate the management of rates and stay restrictions. The integration enables PriceLabs to send rates, minimum stay requirements, and check-in/check-out restrictions to your management system up to 540 days in advance.

Preparing the SmartPMS Account

To ensure proper communication between the two platforms, it is necessary to create a dedicated user in SmartPMS with specific permissions for the API.

  1. Log into your SmartPMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Users page and click Add.
  3. Enter an email address in the format your-domain@pricelabs.co.
  4. Create a secure password.
  5. Make sure the user is set as Active (ON)
  6. Select the properties you wish to import into PriceLabs. You can choose specific properties or select "All" to import them all.
  7. In the API section, assign the role API - RMS Tools or API - RMS Third Parties.
  8. Click Create to save the new user.
