Issues During Initial Configuration

  • Validation Errors or Data Validation Failure
    If you encounter validation errors or if the data validation fails, check that the username, password, and lodging IDs are correct, then retry the validation process.

 

Email Notifications of Failed Synchronization with ISTAT Portal (Email Notification Error)

  • One of the most common problems is due to maintenance or inaccessibility of the ISTAT portal.

  • You can retry data submission by navigating to Legal Complieance ā†’ Account ā†’ STAT.

    • Click on "Actions" and then "Manual Submit".
    • Select the date indicated in the error email and try sending the notification again.

  • If the error message persists, please contact support for further assistance.
