Dynamic Fields

All template categories support "Dynamic Fields".

Dynamic fields are pre-filled pieces of information automatically inserted by the system when sending or scheduling a message. These fields personalise the communication by filling in specific data related to the customer, the property, or the booking.

Below is a list of all available dynamic fields, along with their names, codes (which you will see while drafting the message), and an example of their usage.

The following dynamic fields do not work for templates in the "Extranet Portal" or "Instant Messaging" categories:
