Reservations List

In this workspace, you will find all the reservations related to the selected property. You can filter the list and search for one or more reservations according to your needs, and also export or print the search results.

 

Filtering System

  • FROM...TO: The time period you wish to view.
  • SOURCE: Where the reservation came from.
  • STATUS: Confirmed, Cancelled, or Pending.
  • TYPE: Reservation, Option, or Block.
  • SEARCH: Use the search bar to find a reservation by number or guest name.

Additional filters are available through Advanced Filters by clicking the āŒ„ icon below the "From" field:

  • Date Filter: Check-in date, Check-out date, or Creation date.
  • Status: Paid or Unpaid.
  • With Invoices: Yes or No.
  • With Credit Card: Yes or No.
  • Refundable: Yes or No.
  • Referral: A dropdown menu where you can search for the specific referral.

 

Export and Print

  • EXPORT: Using the EXPORT button, you can export all selected reservations in either Excel or CSV format.
  • PRINT: With the PRINT button, you can print the selected reservation list.
